One of the things I most enjoy about ministry is opportunities to share experience, ideas and resources. On our last day of Campus Ministry Days, we learned of a new tool that will help connect college students, especially first year students to our ministry. Cru wants to use social media to reach 60,000 first year students at Universities across the United States through College Bound. College Bound is a strategy that will connect incoming Christian Freshman with Christian Upper-Class men on Facebook.
Here is how you can help us reach these first year students:
- Go to cru.org/helpstudents and think of Christian students from church or family who will head to college in Fall 2017.
Cru will recruit upper class students who will reach out via social media to the freshmen at their campus. Pray that God will use this tool and join our ministry in helping first year Christian students plug into our ministry.
